EyeNut proves a hit at EMEX 2017
It’s been a busy few weeks for the Harvard Technology team. Following another successful LUX Live exhibition, we were once again on the road to London last week, this time to exhibit at The Energy Managers Exhibition (EMEX) 2017 – one the UK’s leading trade shows for energy managers.
EMEX 2017 was a new event for us, and provided a great platform to showcase the latest development of our award-winning wireless lighting control system EyeNut. We had a fantastic couple of days exhibiting, and it was encouraging to see such a positive response to our ground-breaking control system. The latest evolution of our Internet of Things (IoT) enabled wireless control and management solution adds pioneering new features, including Building Energy Management System (BeMS) integration and emergency testing functionality.
EyeNut’s unique connectivity to BeMS, developed in partnership with Matrix, a company of E.ON, provides a platform for controlling not only lighting, but also heating, ventilation, security systems and much more through one interface. For more information visit the EyeNut page.
Over the course of the two-day event, we also showcased our latest range of innovative emergency lighting solutions, including the state-of-the-art EyeNut Combined Emergency driver and new MEMO maintained emergency drivers.
Our EyeNut Combined Emergency driver incorporates a revolutionary automatic test feature, eliminating the requirement for monthly site visits by automating monthly and yearly tests required by test standard. The pioneering MEMO maintained emergency drivers provide the functionality of a DALI self-test unit, whilst also incorporating a ZigBee radio for EyeNut compatibility.
Our innovative EyeNut sensors were also a new introduction for 2017. The latest additions to the EyeNut sensor range utilise the next generation in smart sensor technology to deliver more intelligent, more effective functionality for a wide range of applications including high bay, retail lighting and more. Harvard Technology’s new sensors integrate seamlessly with the EyeNut system via its secure open protocol, enabling efficient data acquisition on anything from energy consumption to temperature, air quality to occupancy detection, with all data stored on the GUI.
