In safe hands with Harvard Technology at the Emergency Lighting Conference 2017
As we prepare for the Emergency Lighting Conference 2017, which takes place on June 28th at the Cavendish Conference Centre, London, emergency lighting has become a much talked about topic following the tragic events in London.
By sponsoring and attending the special one day conference, which brings together the top experts in the field of emergency lighting, we hope to bring to light the importance of having a reliant emergency lighting system in place and offer guidance on best practice and ensuring compliance.
The event is completely free to attend, but if you are still undecided on whether to visit, we have outlined five reasons why you should visit Harvard Technology…
Talk of the town
Our head of business development and specification, Andy Davies, will deliver an expert keynote speech on the challenges and opportunities of wireless lighting control systems for emergency lighting at the conference. His speech will address some of the major talking points surrounding wireless control and communication in emergency lighting applications, including advantages over hard-wired systems in heritage buildings and potential security concerns and implications. Hear the full talk from 2pm.
Visitors to the Harvard Technology stand will have the opportunity to get their hands on the first ever issue of the Harvard Tech-Times, our exciting new publication which puts the latest lighting trends in the spotlight. In our inaugural issue, we focus on emergency lighting. Visit our expert’s website for more information.
Combined Emergency Driver
Emergency lighting is slowly being ushered into the smart era, with more connected, innovative solutions now available for estate managers and landlords. We will showcase our latest range of innovative Internet of Things (IoT) enabled emergency lighting solutions, including the innovative EyeNut Combined Emergency driver at the event. The driver allows users to retrofit automated emergency luminaire testing into large, multi-site estates for the first time – with results accessible from anywhere in the world via the cloud-based EyeNut system.
EyeNut Smart Bulkhead
Also on display will be the EyeNut-enabled Fern Howard Trojan Galaxy bulkhead, which has already been installed at the Peabody social housing estate. The smart bulkhead provides a high-quality, wireless-enabled LED bulkhead ideal for internal and external emergency lighting applications, incorporating a number of innovative wireless light management features including 3-hour emergency, EyeNut auto test/reporting and EyeNut wireless dimming.
Our emergency lighting solutions are proven in the field, having been installed in a range of applications, including at leading social housing provider Peabody. For more information about the installation, visit our stand or read the full case study on our website.
